Ovant's Mai Tai

Ingredients

30 ml White Rum
15 ml Dark Rum
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml Ovant Royal
15 ml Orgeat Syrup
20 ml Lime Juice

Garnish

Dried/Dehydrated Pineapple or Mint sprig
Ice, cubed and crushed

Rocks Cocktail Shaker

Technique

Add dark and white Rum, Cointreau, orgeat syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Pour contents of shaker into rocks glass and top with crushed ice.
Float Ovant Royal.
Garnish with pineapple or a sprig of mint.
