Ovant's Dry Martini

 Favourite recipe of one of our Founders, who has drunk more martinis than 007.

Ingredients

90 ml London Dry Gin
10 ml Dry Vermouth
1 spritz Ovant Verve

Garnish

Lemon Twist

Martini or Nick and Nora Mixing Glass Barspoon Atomizer

Technique

Pour Dry Vermouth into a mixing glass filled with cubed ice. Stir to coat the cubes, then strain off the excess, leaving the ice coated in Vermouth.
Pour in the Gin and stir for 10 seconds.
Double-strain into a martini glass.
Spray the atomizer filled with Ovant Verve twice over the finished drink.
Garnish with lemon twist.
