Lunch with Nicola

A favourite for one of the Ovant team over a proper lunch.

Ingredients

30 ml Old Tom Gin
30 ml Ovant Verve
1 dash Grapefruit Bitters

Garnish

Grapefruit Wheel
Clear Ice block

Rocks Mixing Glass Barspoon Julep Strainer

Technique

Pour Ovant Verve, Old Tom Gin, simple syrup and grapefruit bitters into a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with a clear ice block.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
