The winner of the 2024 Ovant Pro-Am in the Am/No category, the Berry-Licious Cocktail is a fantastic summer cooler that is ridiculously easy to make.
Created by Sharon Connolly, building on her love of tea and fresh fruit, this recipe combines those elements with Ovant Grace for a delightful take on an iced tea.
THE BERRY-LICIOUS COCKTAIL
30ml Ovant Grace
60ml Hibiscus Iced Tea
90ml Soda Water
10ml Fresh Lime
3 Fruit Ice Cubes

Make the Hibiscus Iced Tea by adding 30g (one tea bag) of tea to 200ml of freshly boiled water and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste (if desired). Refrigerate until cool.
Make the fruit ice cubes by placing whole berries of your choice (blueberries and raspberries work best) in the ice cube tray and topping with Hibiscus Iced Tea. Freeze until solid.
When all ingredients are ready, add all ingredients to a highball glass and stir gently. Garnish with a lime slice.
