Tickled Pink

Ingredients

60 ml Ovant Grace
30 ml Pear Purée
15 ml Ginger Syrup
15 ml Lemon Juice
1 btl Soda Water

Garnish

Thyme Sprig
Cubed Ice

Technique

Combine Ovant Grace, pear purée, ginger syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
Double-strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
