The Tuscan Sour

Ingredients

30 ml Galliano L’Autentico Liqueur
60 ml Ovant Verve
30 ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 dash Bitters

Garnish

1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg

Coupe Cocktail Shaker Hawthorne Strainer Conical Cocktail Sieve

Technique

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 5 seconds.
Fill the cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake for a further 10 seconds.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
